What do you do with the waste?

We bag and dispose of all waste properly, so you don’t have to worry about trash cans or extra mess.

What if my dog is outside during the visit?

If your dog is friendly, we’re happy to work around them—and we may even offer them a treat (with your permission, of course).

Do I need to be home during the service?

Nope! As long as we have access to the yard, you don’t need to be home. We’ll get the job done and leave everything just as we found it—only cleaner.

Is there an extra fee for the first clean-up?

Nope! Unlike many competitors, we don’t charge a first-time clean-up fee, even if it’s been a while.

How does billing work?

We keep it simple. You’ll receive one easy-to-understand invoice at the end of each month—no surprise fees or hidden charges.
